We have completed the work within this well-known confectionery company. The necessary changes combined with an important investment have led to an increase in the quality of the finished product, making a phase, that of the mixing dough, the same for all the operators who work on it. By making this phase the same, keeping intact the phases of adding raw materials and, above all, respecting the necessary mixing and temperature times, we have streamlined production!
Result? More product in less time... but above all higher quality!
