Machine suitable for dividing and rounding dough for bread, pastry and pizzeria.
The structure of our rounding dividers isin oven painted steel with AISI 304 stainless steel knives. The safety guard protection is placed in the plate insertion area and does not allow the machine to operate if its open, to safeguard the operator. The protection is in stainless steel.
The machine is equipped with the “clean” button to facilitate the knives cleaning phase, so as to make simple, intuitive and quick the cleaning phase by the operators. It is equipped with three plates in food material.

Semiautomatic | PLC and touch screen for electronic adjustment of the pressing time. Manual weight (rounding chamber opening) using the handle located in the upper area f the machine. Rounding by manual input. Semiautomatic work cycle.
Automatic | PLC and touch screen for electronic adjustment of the pressing time and rounding time. (Programs cannot be stored). Fully automatic work cycle.
Automatic Plus | 5” color touch screen with the possibility to store up to 99 programs. It allows to adjust the pressing and rounding time and the height of the rounding chamber, according to the type and the quantity of dough to be processed. Fully automatic work cycle.
