Automatic dough breaker

The new dough breaker automatic cylinder for medium - hard doughs and also for the lamination of the mother yeast has been carefully studied to guarantee perfect lamination and a high quality level of the product.

It has a completely steel structure, oversized and reinforced. Built on special wheels and equipped with external stainless steel carters.

The manual levers for adjusting the tickness and the position of the lamination cylinder.
The CR-A model is equipped with a touch screen panel for the customization of some parameters, such as speed and cycles to be carried out during the work phase. It is also possible to archive your own recipe once it has been personalized.

The CR-AU version is completely automatic, including the adjustments of the cylinders and the sheet, always from the special touch screen.
