Automatic dough divider for mini Panettone SVP-R

The new SVP-R divider for panettoncini is similar to the SVP/P2 model (volumetric divider for panettone), stand out in the following features:
  • Oversized structure completely in steel mounted on solid feet and equipped with pivoting wheels which ease the moving and cleaning;
  • External stainless steel pannels easily removable for the cleaning and equipped with a convenient opening hinge;
  • Customizable hopper according to the needs. Micro sanded on the outside and teflon coated on the inside. The hopper is equipped with EasyClean for easy opening;
  • Software 4.0 for storing the recipes on a comfortable and intuitive 7” color touch screen;
  • Oversized heat exchanger with an hydraulic closed circuit system. The machine is OIL-FREE, which means that it works without mechanical lubrification;
  • Internal pistons of PET+PFTE easily removable for the cleaning;
  • Internal dividing chamber in stainless steel with special treatment (patented);
  • Weight chamber adjustable manually with a specific crank or automatically by motor-encoder;
  • Adjustable output belt in angle and easy to remove for a proper cleaning. All SVP-R belts are complete with removable scrapers.
Our SVP-R dough dividers are available in different models, depending on the production and the type of weights you want to divide.

They can be easily combined with our rolling up system for panettoncino and the dough feeder, the latter to allow a homogeneous and linear load during production.
