Our long loaf moulding system has the following features:
  • Powder coated steel structure;
  • Adjustable moulding table. On request (optional) there is the possibility of adding the motorized opposing moulding table;
  • The structure is equipped with solid wheels with brakes;
  • The product is unloaded on a table or on a tray;
  • All the speeds are customizable from the convenient touch screen.
On request (optional) there are:
  • Automatic oiling system, suitable for high hydrated doughs;
  • Automatic traying system with centering device;
  • Special voltages on request;
  • Touch screen with 4.0 software.
