Fork dough mixer series Grizzly

This type of mixer is available in various models, each of which is able to support various dough capacities.

Here are the main features that characterize our Grizzly:
  • Oversized structure in thick steel, oven painted and equipped with solid vulkollan wheels;
  • Electromechanical controls placed frontally;
  • Stainless steel bowl, guard and fork tool;
  • Bowl guide gasket in food-grade FDA polyethylene;
  • Two-speed motor supported by a reduction gear in an oil bath;
  • Equipped with a timer (*on request (optional) it is possible to have the second programmable timer with automatic passage from first to second speed);
  • Possibility to invert the spinning direction of the bowl.

All control parts follopw the current regulations for operator safety. Excellent for the production of pizzas, the fork is particularly suitable for hard doughs, for the production of biga or mother yeast, but also suitable for other types of dough.

*On request (optional) it can be equipped with timer or touch screen panel with storage, up to twenty recipes, completely customizable.
