Spiral mixer series Hydromix

The new spiral mixer series Hydromix, is used to mix water as well as flour.

The mixer is built following the standards of the tested Canada series spiral mixer. The structure is completely in powder-coated steel, oversized and equipped as standard with wheels for movement. The structure is lowered and takes up very little space, in fact it is possible to insert/position it even under working tables.

The Hydromix is equipped with a total belt transmission, this makes the mixer maintenance time-saving and easy other than allowing it to work really silently.
The mixer is standard supplied with an oversized motor and equipped with a special inverter for speed regulation via potentiometer, equipped with a manual selector to disable or activate the timer.

The machine has a maximum capacity of 18 kg of flour, equal to about 30 kg of finished dough.

The bowl, the safety guard, the column and the spiral are completely in stainless steel, the spiral has been made in a very particular way for this model as it is possible to knead even very small quantities, in fact we have tested the Hydromix even with only 5 kg made with flour!

The Hydromix version is recommended for bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias and restaurants where it can be used for doughs with medium-high hydration (minimum 65% water) for products such as bread, pizza and, thanks to the speed regulator, also doughs with hydrations above average such as pinsa, special pizzas or doughs for large leavened products, recycling of raw materials and fats.
