The new and advantageous automatic group, developed on the basis of the super tested tempo group. It is an extremely compact machine that maintains the working capacity of various types of dough unaltered, from the hardest to the softest and most leavened. It is equipped with the anti-stress device at the entrance of the divider and the patented system for the quick replacement of the knives. It can work both in one row and in two rows (standard supply), but also in three rows and a double spatula row, special for breadsticks (optional supply). Weight adjustment takes place with extreme simplicity by varying, in addition to the thickness of the dough, the speed of the knife through a three-position selector. Thanks to the comfortable and intuitive touch screen panel it is possible to insert - modify your recipes, vary the speed of the knife and the belts by selecting more or less leavened doughs, all automatically.
The divider mounts knives made entirely of stainless steel with Teflon treatment. The combination with the molding machine makes the EVO group an extremely flexible machine, allowing the processing, cutting and forming of many types of products for both bakery and pastry. The combination with the second moulder (mod. FR 500) allows you to produce even the most traditional Italian products, such as pelmet and bananas, that is, all those products that require double wrapping. The group is produced entirely in Italy, in compliance with current European safety regulations, using environmentally friendly materials, with limited use of plastic, and over 90% recyclable.
