The water doser – mixer, available in different models and of small dimensions, is able to manage the dosage and mixing process in a totally automatic way. It is used to ensure the standardization and maintenance of the maximum quality of the finished product, avoiding the yeast deterioration caused by the dough thermal shock typical of the manual dosing. It allows the adjustment of the quantity and the control of the desired water temperature, with a range of +3°C to +45°C (in the MIX series). In this way you can choose between hot and cold water.
