Quick unloading system designed for tunnel oven exit, fully customizable according to the type of oven and product you want to unload (Panettone and Colomba).

This system allows the extraction of the panettone-colomba from the tunnel oven in a faster way, so as to allow the operators to overturn the product in total safety.


For the overturning of the panettone, we use our turn panettone completely in stainless steel.
