Automatic Ciabatta Dough Divider
The automatic ciabatta dough divider , is indispensable for chunking regular and soft dough.
The cutting head derives from the automatic PRATICO’ units. It it equipped with a computerized control panel to adjust the weight of soft, proofed and hard doughs, and to adjust the set standard. The control panel can also store several recipes. The automatic ciabatta dough divider can be couppled with a long loaff moulder or a moulder for the production of baguettes, demi baguettes, breadsticks and every other dough forms that require a gentle and uniform stretching.
The machine offers a great handling and adaptability to different types of dough, shapes and weights.
The machine is equipped with a high capacity loading belt with a tearproof device for the constant feeding to the unit The anti-stress deice of the cutting head allows a smooth and correct dough cut. In the SPC 180 MEC model the weight is adjusted with the thickness lever as they vary proportionally.
*On request (optional) the automatic ciabatta dough divider can be equipped with incoming flour duster and with an extention of the loading belt and with left-hand contros of the divider with respect to the direction of the dough introduction.
