Automatic Ciabatta Dough Divider
The automatic ciabatta dough divider , is indispensable for chunking regular and soft dough.
The cutting head employed is adapted from the automatic PRATICO’ Units. The computerized control panel allows to regulate the weight of soft, proofed and hard dough, with the possibility to store 16 programs with auto-regulation of weight and description of the standard in use. It is equipped with a computer that allows memorizing up to 20 recipes. The moulder can be paired with a either a fixed or independent breadstick moulder to produce baguettes, demi baguettes, breadsticks, and every other dough forms that requires gentle and uniform stretching.
This is a very handy automatic unit that can easily adapt to different types of dough and shapes with a wide weight range.
The machine is equipped with a high capacity infeed belt, an anti-waste device for the belt continuous dough feeding and a dough no-stress device. For the model SPC 180 MECC the weight regulation occurs through the weight thickness.
* Upon request, the Ciabatta Dough Divider can be supplied with entry flour duster and extended infeed belt. They can also be supplied with controls for the divider and first moulder on the left side.4
