Automatic Dough Breaker has been designed to guarantee rolling and a high quality level of the product.

The simplicity of construction and the accurate mechanics make the cylinder a machine of reduced maintenance and very useful for various production processes within bakeries and confectionery industries for the lamination of the mother yeast.

Here are the main features:

  • Built with a completely steel structure and increased for large productions. The whole structure is oven painted.
  • The lamination cylinders are manually adjustable by the handy crank on the side.
  • All cylinders are made of thick steel and then thickly chromed and certified for food contact in accordance with current CE regulations.
  • The structure is mounted on wheels with brakes.
  • The safety guard is made entirely of stainless steel.
  • The programmable timer is standard equipment.
