Automatic Hexagonal divider
Machine suitable for dividing dough from bread and pastry and pizzeria.
Our hexagonal dough divider has the following characteristics:
- Powder-coated steel structure;
- Knives made of stainless steel;
- Food moulds in FDA material, not subject to expansion over time;
- Plate in stainless steel complete with an anti-corrosion protection;
- In the semi-automatic version, the Joystick is used to control the ascent and descent of the bowl;
- In the automatic version it is equipped with PLC and display for adjusting the pressing time with consequent automatic turn off at the end of the cycle for safety and energy savings;
- It is equipped with a collecting tray of stainless steel accessible thanks to the side casings mounted on hinges and a button to facilitate the knives cleaning phase.
Work cycle for the semi-automatic version: independent pressing and cutting phase through the joystick, while the manual lid opening is manual.
Work cycle for the automatic version: automatic pressing, cutting and lidopening phases.
*We recommend the HIGH version which, thanks to the special stainless steel grill with non-stick treatment, also allows the cutting of dough even with an high hydration.
