Conical Dough Rounder

The professional cone rounder is the ideal machine for rounding doughs for pizza, bread or other types of spring dough.
Available in various models, it is designed for processing medium-large cuts.

Our conical dough rounder has the following features:

  • Structure completely of powder coated steel equipped with solid wheels and comfortable feet;
  • Cones-synthons internally teflon coated, also available without treatment;
  • Electrical system in compliance with CE regulations placed inside the structure, to allow the machine to be compact and small;
  • Equipped with the flour duster with opening-closing by knob-manually;
  • The rounding phase takes place between a cone and concave teflon coated spirals (syntones) that allow to obtain spherical-shaped pieces of various weights.

*On request (optional) there are:

  • “Air blower” device.
  • Motorized output belt.
  • Structure completely in stainless steel.
