Automatic divider rounder for pizza bread or hamburger buns
The automatic row divider rounder, available in various models, is suitable for medium - high production and allows you to automatically combine the dividing and rolling phases of various types of products such as Pizza - Bread Hamburgers - Buns or round products ( also sourdough )
The structure of the divider rounder is completely in stainless steel and is equipped with fixed wheels oversized. Carter with opening hinges and operator safety sensors. The machine combines the volumetric cutting system used for years in our industrial volumetric dough dividers ( half-moon cutting system ) with the rolling system on hexagons with rounding plate. All the internal pistons are easily removable and thanks to the encoder system it will be possible, with the same model - machine, to produce various types of format weights grams. The dough chamber is completely in stainless steel with a special treatment that allows the breaking of dough with even very high hydration - In fact, the same machine can work dough with over 80% hydration (such as pizza or pinsa romana) or dough even rich in fat such as large leavened products ( in particular Panettoncini or Maritozzi - Bombolone - Krapfen ).
All machine adjustments can be made from the 10" Weintek color touch screen side control panel - Easily programmable and with a very intuitive recipe storage system that can be integrated into industrial lines or pre-fermentation cells.
As for the rolling system of highly hydrated products - we recommend the dough rounder system ARC for the pirlatura of dough with a hydration of at least 75% up to over 90% hydro. Already tested in the field of large leavened products such as Panettoncino or Pandorino - the same can in fact be used for the pirlatura rolling of dough such as pizza or pinsa romana with high hydration. In fact, based on the model of the divider, the rounder system will be built with its special tiles with 3 - 4 - 5 or 6 rows.
The rounding system of standard products ( with hydration included up to a maximum of 70% ) is carried out by the new ARM - Fully motorized machine with a system of cups to contain the dough and a rotating plate for rolling. The system is easily programmable according to your needs and among the many adjustments it is also possible to adjust the intensity of the rise of the hexagons, by applying more or less pressure, of the dough in the upper rotating plate. All the rounders combined with the divider are equipped with inlet spreaders, to convey the dough precisely and regularly inside the hexagon - cup. This machine is equipped with a structure completely in steel with lateral shoulders in thick aluminum and equipped with wheels for movement. The cups are in food-grade plastic material as are the hexagons which are made of Pom-C
