Manual table square divider
Machine particularly suitable for dividing the dough for baguettes and long loaves.
The manual square divider is a simple, fast but above all versatile machine with many types of dough, even leavened.
A structure completely in gray powder-coated steel with a shelf underneath, makes the machine very sturdy and easily fixed to the ground.
The movement is dictated by the manual aluminum lever, easy to grip and ergonomic for the operator.
The pressure on the dough is exerted by the aluminum lever, the intensity of pressure varies from the "operator" force that will be exerted, subsequently it will be necessary to operate the stainless steel lever to operate the cutting knives and divide the dough into 20 divisions. The sturdy aluminum plate holds the 20 hexagons and all the cutting knives, completely in stainless steel, firmly in place.
As standard, the divider is sold complete with base and 1 tray with a maximum capacity of approximately 7 kg of dough.
Ideal for portioning dough such as pizza, bread or even baguettes and loaves in a simple and delicate way.
Tips for obtaining excellent breaking:
Put flour inside the bowl;
Put the dough;
Put flour on top of the dough.
By doing this, you prevent the dough from sticking to the bowl and the lid during the pressing and cutting phase. Press, activate the knife and that's it !
