Volumetric dough divider SVP - P4
The SVP - P4 Automatic volumetric dough divider - Machine recommended for Confectionery Industries or Industrial Bakeries. The machine has enormous flexibility with various types of products, even very hydrated, with a very high weight range, in fact it can divide from 250 g up to 2300 g ( depending on the type of model ) to 2 or 4 pieces. Production speed that can vary from 2000 up to 4800 - 5000 pcs/h.
The structure is completely in sturdy painted steel - the external casings in stainless steel. Supplied as standard with a hopper with a capacity of 250 kg with EasyClean side window for internal cleaning. The SVP - P4 Plus version is also equipped with a removable belt, to allow complete cleaning of the entire machine even in the internal part without the aid of mechanical disassembly.
Machine equipped with a closed circuit hydraulic control unit with heat exchanger, which means that it does not require oil for breaking or lubrication of parts such as pistons and crescent. OIL FREE
The weight chamber and all the pistons in contact with the dough are coated with a special non-stick treatment - The chamber can be completely opened to disassemble the pistons once the work cycle is finished, therefore the operator, without the need for mechanical disassembly, will be able to clean all the parts in contact with the dough including the extraction of the pistons themselves and the internal part of the hopper.
The weight range and its weight change is completely customizable and automatic, thanks to the touch screen it is possible to customize up to 99 different recipes - Production speed, belt speed, pressing and expulsion are among the possible changes to be made to adapt your dough to the divider. The control panel is a 10'' Weintek color touch screen - Siemens PLC * On request, it is possible to change the PLC with other brands following specifications.
Particularly recommended for breaking soft and delicate doughs such as bread or pizza or even highly hydrated doughs such as pinsa romana or sourdough as well as all leavened confectionery products such as Panettone and Pandoro.
