Volumetric Dough Divider SVP - Plus for sourdough bread
The new volumetric dough divider series Plus is the new divider that allows the dividing of highly hydrated products #sourdough and confectionery products, such as Panettone - Pandoro and Colomba. The machine is very versatile as it is also suitable for dividing dough such as Pizza, bread and pinsa, even over 85% hydration.
Structure completely in oversized and reinforced steel painted with gray powder - Belt holder structure completely in stainless steel mounted on wheels, even the hopper with a capacity of 250 kg of dough with lateral opening to allow cleaning without the aid of mechanical disassembly is completely in stainless steel with internal Teflon treatment.
The PLUS version is equipped with the new extractable belt that allows you to quickly extract it during cleaning or product change, without the aid of mechanical disassembly in fact the belt, equipped with independent wheels, can be extracted from the divider both to complete ordinary cleaning and for weekly maintenance. Both belts and scrapers are detachable.
The dough cutting operation is the same as that applied in the old versions, via a cutting crescent. Closed circuit hydraulic power unit with heat exchanger. Fully adjustable pressing and expulsion adjustment, this will allow you to cut even very delicate dough, without mistreating them or altering their regular leavening process.
There are 3 pistons - Right piston, left piston and central divider. In fact, the machine can produce small quantities of 2-way weight (2 pieces of cutting) or medium-large weight quantities of 1-way weight (1 piece). Both pistons are removable to allow you to complete the entire cleaning of the machine, once removed you can also access the inside of the chamber (where the pasta flows), even here no mechanical disassembly is necessary.
The touch screen is completely automatic - 7''' color - You will be able to vary the production /h, the type - weight range, whether to work 1 or 2 pieces and create and save various recipes with the completely automatic weight change. The touch is easily interfaced with company servers or MES - Industry 4.0 / 5.0
FInally, the closing casings are completely made in stainless steel material and the machine complies with all the CE and food conformity declarations.
