The double arm mixer, available in different versions for various dough capacities, is particularly indicated for soft and delicate doughs.
Its peculiar features allow the dough to reach optimal oxygenation without being mishandled and the while avoiding ruinous warming. The machine can be use for bakery, pastry and pizza products, and also in dairies for processing of mozzarella cheese. The double arm tools and the bowl are made with first quality stainless steel.
The machine is equipped with two speeds belt driven motor, transmission by pulleys V-belts that provide a compact mechanism which runs silently.
