Double arm mixer

The double arm mixer, available in differentmodels for various dough capacities, with its 62 strokes per minute at second speed is ideal for bread and pastry doughs, even soft ones and obtained with multiple additions.

Our double arm mixers are all fixed bowl in stainless steel. To take advantage of the removable bowl, it is necessary to switch to the industrial model.

Here are the main features of our IBT :

  • Structure completely of thick steel powder coated;
  • Gears are in an oil bath enclosed in iron castings and assembled on specific watertight ball bearings, this allows our mixer a reduced maintenance over time;
  • The tools are reinforced and completely in prime quality stainless stee;
  • Equipped with a two-speed motor and a timer;
  • The safety guard is mounted on a solid but light aluminum structure with a stainless steel side nozzle for adding product;
  • Peculiar characteristics are the excellent dough oxygenation without any mistreatment and dough heating;

It can be used without distinction for pastry, bakery and pizzeria products, as well as in cheese factory for the mozzarella dough.

*On request (optional) it can be equipped with a second timer and a guard completely of stainless steel.
