Electrical Steam Deck Ovens

The electric deck ovens with three or four overlapping chambers available in various models and sizes is suitable for cooking all types of bread and bakery products. The heat is transmitted through armored resistances, placed on the top and on the ground of the cooking chambers. The electric oven guarantees excellent cooking uniformity and offers high flexibility in productivity as the cooking chambers, being independent of each other, can be used individually. Each room is equipped with a control panel with current divider, which allows for significant energy savings. A powerful vaporizer allows you to deliver several liters of humidity into the cooking chamber. The hobs are in refractory concrete with a metal mesh frame. The front of the oven is in stainless steel. The control panel is electromechanical and can also be digital upon request.

* On request (optional) the chambers of the electric oven can have an internal height greater than 20 cm.
