Spiral Dough Mixer series SP
The SP series spiral mixer with fixed bowl for small productions is available in various models and dough capacities and is ideal for the production of small quantities of dough in bakeries, pizzerias and pastry shops.
It allows you to significantly shorten the normal mixing time and works well with both mediocre and soft doughs.
Here are the main features of the SP line:
- Oversized steel structure, powder coated and lowered for a smaller footprint.
- Spiral tool, pasta grinder and bowl completely in stainless steel.
- Comfortable adjustable feet for fixing to the ground (* Optional mounting of wheels with parking brake).
- Electrical system according to CE regulations.
- Standard 2 speed motor.
- Standard equipment 1 timer.
- The transmission is half chain + belt.
On request (optional) it can be equipped with:
- Single-phase 220V 1-speed motor.
- Inverter system for adjusting the spiral speed (from 90 to 280 rpm) recommended for very hydrated doughs.
