French baguette moulder
The baguette moulding machine is essential to small, medium or high production bakeries. It is mounted on a trolley and is suitable for producing French baguettes, long-loaves and small loaves. It features an infeed belt that conveys the dough to a cylinder rollers sheeting system of which gently press the dough and reduce its thickness. Next, two belt conveyors which move in the opposite direction and with different speeds perform the dough rolling. The dough is gently and progressively worked.
The machine easily works pieces up to 700 mm. long, through the adjustment of the levers. The baguette moulder can be used independently or coupled with an intermediate proofing cell to obtain an automated baguette production line.
The BAG EXTRA model comes equipped with an entry hopper; the BAG CE is fitted with an infeed conveyor belt.
