Fork Dough Mixer
The French-type fork mixers, ideal for the production of baguettes, traditional bread and for all doughs with medium-high percentage of water.
Here are the main features of our Fork:
- Structure completely in oven painted steel Bowl and fork tool completely in stainless steel.
- Movement transmission takes place via belts and mechanical reducer.
- All gears are in an oil bath to ensure excellent lubrication and longer life, given the reduced maintenance to be performed.
- It is built following all the CE regulations in force.
- The mixer is supplied as standard with a two-speed motor and bowl braking.
Our fork mixers are very robust and essential in the lines, this to facilitate cleaning. The structure is raised off the ground thanks to sturdy, fully adjustable feet.
They can be supplied with one or two timers on request.
