Fork Dough Mixer
The French-type fork mixers, ideal for the production of baguettes, traditional bread and for all doughs with medium-high percentage of water.
Here are the main features of our fork:
- Structure completely in oven painted steel;
- Bowl and fork tool completely in stainless steel;
- Movement transmission is through via belts and mechanical reducer;
- Gears are in an oil bath to garantee excellent lubrication and durability, given the low required maintenance;
- It is built following all the CE regulations in force;
- The mixer is supplied with a two-speed motor and bowl braking.
Our fork mixers are very solid and essential in the production lines, this to simplify the cleaning. The structure is raised off the ground thanks to the solid, fully adjustable feet.
