Long Loaf Moulder
The long loaf moulder is an essential machine for the production of loaves, striped breadsticks, bussolà and all shapes of dough that require a smoothly and uniform stretching; it can be used individually, or couppled with a moulder, an automatic group or a ciabatta dough divider.
Our long loaf moulders have the following features:
- Stainless steel structure equipped with wheels with brakes;
- Pressing table adjustable through the side handles;
- Independent electrical system in compliance with the current CE regulations, complete with Inverter;
- The speed of the long loaf moulder is adjustable by means of a potentiometer;
- All parts that come into contact with the dough are made of a material suitable for the food industry.
On request (optional) the table can be complete with:
- Drop oiling system-nebulizer with a special stainless steel oil tank;
- Motorized opposing belt;
- The size of the loaf maker can be customized according to the needs.
