Manual table hexagonal divider
The manual table hexagonal divider is suitable for dividing baguettes and loaves dough. It has an electro-welded and oven-painted steel structure.
To obtain a good product, and ensure that the dough does not stick to the bowl and the lid during the pressing and cutting phase, first you should put the flour into the tray, put the dough and dust it with flour.
The “round” tray and the knives are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The parts in contact with the dough are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade polyethylene, moved by a lever-mechanism actuated maually.
Machine available in several models with different divisions and weights range.
Like all Mfitaly dividers, this one also guarantees precise and accurate cuts while keeping the characteristics of the dough unaltered.
