Manual table hexagonal divider
The manual table hexagonal divider is a machine particularly suitable for dividing dough for baguettes and loaves. It has an electro-welded and oven-painted steel structure.
To obtain a good product, and consequently ensure that the dough does not stick to the vat and the lid during the pressing and cutting phase, you must first insert the flour into the vat, put the dough and put the flour on top again. the dough.
The “round” pan and the knives are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The parts in contact with the dough are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade polyethylene, moved by means of manually operated lever mechanisms.
