Manual table square divider
Machine particularly suitable for dividing the dough for baguettes and long loaves.

- Movement is carried out by means of a lever-mechanism activated manually;
- The lever is made of aluminum.
It is equippedt with a stainless steel tray with a maximum capacity of 7 kg of dough.

- Put inside the dough;
- Dust the dough with flour.
This avoids that the dough, during the pressing and cutting phase, sticks to the bowl and the lid.
