Manual table square divider

Machine particularly suitable for dividing the dough for baguettes and long loaves.

Here are the main features of this manual divider:

  • Structure completely in oven painted steel.
  • AISI 304 stainless steel knives.
  • Food presses in FDA.
  • Handling takes place by means of manually operated lever mechanisms.
  • The lever is made of aluminum.

The standard equipment includes a stainless steel pan with a maximum capacity of 7 kg of pasta.

 

SUGGESTIONS FOR A PERFECT DIVIDING :
  • put the flour into the tray;
  • put inside the dough;
  • dust the dough with flour.
This prevents the dough sticking to the tank and to the cover during the pressing and cutting phase.
