Manual table square divider

Machine particularly suitable for dividing the dough for baguettes and long loaves.

Here are the main features of this manual divider:

  • Oven painted steel structure;
  • AISI 304 stainless steel knives;
  • Food presses in FDA material;
  • Movement is carried out by means of a lever-mechanism activated manually;
  • The lever is made of aluminum.

It is equippedt with a stainless steel tray with a maximum capacity of 7 kg of dough.

 

SUGGESTIONS FOR A PERFECT DIVIDING :
  • Put the flour into the tray;
  • Put inside the dough;
  • Dust the dough with flour.
This avoids that the dough, during the pressing and cutting phase, sticks to the bowl and the lid.
