Professional rotary mini rotor oven for pastry and bakery

The mini rotary oven, available in various models and sizes, is an oven suitable for pastry, bakeries and pastry productions.

Fast and flexible in the productivity, the new mini rotary oven is available in capacities of eight or ten trays 60 x 40, electric or with a gas burner.

Here are the main features:

  • Motorized extractor hood with stainless steel steam extraction fan;
  • Base completely of stainless steel with built-in leavening compartment with a capacity of about 18 trays;
  • Double door of thck stainless steel with glass;
  • Internal cooking chamber with high performance and completely removable;
  • Equipped with the new upgraded humidifier and the manual valve for the discharge of excess steam complete.

*On request (optional) the mini rotary oven can be equipped with a digital control panel or computerized system with 99 cooking programs.
