Mini rotary rack oven

The mini rotor oven, available in various models and sizes, is an oven suitable for different productions for bakeries and pastry.

Fast and flexible in productivity, the new mini rotor oven is available in capacities of 8 or 10 trays 60 x 40, electric or with gas burner.

Here are the main features:

  • Motorized extractor hood with stainless steel steam extraction scroll.
  • Base completely in stainless steel with built-in leavening compartment with a capacity of about 18 trays.
  • Extra thick stainless steel door with double glazing
  • Internal cooking chamber with high performance and totally removable.
  • The new upgraded humidifier and the manual valve for the discharge of excess steam complete.

* On request (optional) the mini rotor oven can be equipped with a digital control panel or computerized system with 99 cooking programs.
