The new dumper lifter is built with a robust structure entirely in painted gray steel, is a machine that allows you to lift various types of food bowls (if previously provided the appropriate attachment hook).
The carters are fully painted, as well as the safety cage, which is painted yellow.
The safety systems are completed with barrriers - The bowl attachment phase is automatic, as well as the lifting, unloading, activation and rotation of the automatic scrapers and finally the subsequent descent.
Therefore, it will allow you to lift and unload various types of doughs onto automatic lines, hoppers or workbenches.
The lifting is done via chains and hydraulic piston - the scraper is pneumatic (compressor not included in the supply).
Complete customization of the structure, unloading height is also available for special applications with heights greater than 2,8 meters.
