Water coolers for bakeries allow you to avoid or severely limit the use of ice, which affects the quality of the finished product, and also guarantee, in the hottest periods, an optimal dough at a controlled temperature.
The structure is completely in stainless steel as is the bowl (available in different capacities depending on your needs). The EasyMF line series is available standard, on wheels - feet, or wall-mounted model for wall mounting.
They are offered as standard with Touch screen controls - Where it will be possible to adjust the amount of water (at the right temperature) directly in the mixer tank. Magnetic attachment of the touch screen control.
The bowl and internal coil are in AISI 304 stainless steel, the refrigeration unit is of primary house with oversized ventilated condenser. This guarantees the maintenance of the water at a controlled temperature, high efficiency of the refrigeration power and high yields in relation to lower electricity consumption. The refrigerator has been equipped with special technical components to guarantee a high standard of reliability, such as the thermal protector of the compressor in case of overheating and the control of the water level with a double float system and double anti-flooding solenoid valve.
The rapid version of the easyMF line storage water cooler allows you to better manage multiple doughs at the same time, delivering up to 4 times the capacity of your tank with withdrawals every 15 minutes. The semi-rapid version with double delivery with withdrawals every 30 minutes and the standard version with hourly production equal to the capacity of the bowl are also available.
