Moulder machine for professional bakery
The 2 and 4 cylinder bread molding machine, indispensable for bakeries and pastry shops, is able to guarantee precise and high-quality processing of the products. It also significantly reduces the processing times of any type of dough.
This machine consists of the following parts:
a roller conveyor belt, which brings the pasta close to two parallel cylindrical rollers which crush it and reduce its thickness;
two rugs that wind in the opposite direction and with different speeds which, thanks to their movement, allow you to roll the dough
a fixed or independent strand that can be combined with the forming machine outlet. This allows the production of loaves, loaves, breadsticks, bussolà and all forms of pasta that need a smooth and uniform stretching or ironing.
It is mounted on wheels to facilitate handling.
The FR 500 – FR 600 models are equipped with automatic anti-scrap, or patented for a soft rolling of the dough. In fact, the machine can also be used for wrapping croissants.
