Divider Dough Rounder
Machine suitable for dividing and rounding dough for bread, pastry and pizzeria.
The structure of our rounding dividers are in oven painted steel with AISI 304 stainless steel blades.
The accident prevention protection is placed in the plate insertion area and does not allow the machine to operate if open, to safeguard the operator. The protection is in stainless steel.
The machine is equipped with the (clean) button for cleaning the knives so as to make cleaning the machine simple, intuitive and quick by the operators. The three plates in food material supplied complete.
Available in the following versions:

– Automatic Version | Plc – Programmable logic module (not touch screen)
– Automatic Version | 5 ”color touch screen with the ability to store up to 99 programs. It allows you to adjust the pressing time, the rounding time and the height of the rounding chamber according to the type and quantity of dough to be processed.
