The Canada spiral mixer is available in various models and allows you to quickly obtain a softer and more homogeneous dough. This will have excellent results for the processing of products for bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias with machines that knead perfectly.
Through the mechanical movement and the two speeds, the right oxygenation and development of gluten in the dough processing is obtained.
This machine is equipped with two timers that regulate the mixing time between the first and second speeds. In addition, there is the possibility of reversing the rotation direction of the steel bowl to mix the dough and further reduce working times, thus ensuring high performance.
The tank is fixed (from 50 kg, to 80 kg, up to 200 kg) and the accident prevention protection is made of stainless steel. The spiral tool, on the other hand, is in special high-strength stainless steel.
