The rolling up system
The rolling up system allows to obtain a regular spherical shape to the dough of large leavened dough, in this way it’s guaranteed a regular growth during the leavening.
PVC belt are treated and equipped with anti-skid belts.
The tile is adjustable both in height and in inclination, as well as in diagonal.
The whole structure is in steel with thick internal sheets, equipped with support reinforcements.
