The rolling up system
The rolling up system allows to obtain dough with a regular spherical shape, this way it’s guaranteed a regular growth during the leavening phase.
PVC belt is treated and equipped with anti-skid profiles.
The tile is adjustable both in height, in inclination and in diagonal.
The whole structure is made of thick sheets steel.
Optional available for the rounder:
- Complete oiling system;
- Second rolling station;
- Can be parred with the centering and discharge on automatic baking wrapper for 500 gr and 1000 gr, both for Milano type and low type panettone.
