It has a stainless-steel guide that provides an accurate closure with any kind of mould.
All the needles are made of stainless steel AISI 304 and are suitable to get in contact with food, the needles' length is 45 mm but, on request, it’s possible to applicate different dimensions. It’s easy to use and it’s possible to stack it both on trays and racks. It’s available in other dimensions.
