Automatic Croissant Machine
The croissant group, available in various models, has been designed to obtain excellent results in the production of croissants.
Structure completely in steel, oven painted, with external stainless steel casings and oversized wheels (complete with parking brake) for movement.
The laminated dough is rolled up with a rolling pin which is placed on the entry surface of the group. Two discs on the side of the inlet belt trim the dough and the scraps of dough fall into a special container. The trimmed dough is then laminated by the calibrating cylinders to obtain a homogeneous product in weight and to allow the pastels to be combined, thus allowing to work continuously. Subsequently, the calibrated pasta enters a cutting roller with triangles shapes.
The cut triangles of dough are spaced apart and automatically conveyed to the wrapping machine which rolls up the product as if it were handmade.
