Our automatic unstackers provides the most advantageous solution to remove containers, cartons and cups of various shapes and sizes without wasting time or stopping production. The unstacker has a solid structure made of stainless steel AISi 304 and anticorodal aluminium. It has a working length of 1200 m at four raws for paper cup for panettone and colomba. Equipped with a pneumatic storage. The product grab with suckers through vacuum generated from a dry-pump. It is electromechanical actuated with a controlled motor gear box with the frequency drive. The storage is equipped with a vibrating system. The electric system is comprehensive of a stailess steel enclosure and PLC.
