Manual table square divider

Machine particularly suitable for dividing the dough for baguettes and long loaves.

Here are the main features of this manual divider:
  • Oven painted steel structure;
  • AISI 304 stainless steel knives;
  • Food presses in FDA material;
  • Movement is carried out by means of a lever-mechanism activated manually;
  • The lever is made of aluminum.
  • It is equipped with a stainless-steel tray with a maximum capacity of 7 kg of dough.
Suggestions for a perfect dividing:
  1. Put the flour into the tray;
  2. Put inside the dough;
  3. Dust the dough with flour.
This avoids that the dough, during the pressing and cutting phase, sticks to the bowl and the lid.
