Ciclothermic oven

Oven with 3 or 4 stacked decks, available in various sizes and models. Is suitable for baking all kinds of breads and baked goods.

The heat transmission happens through conveying combustion heat through independent channels on the bottom and on the top of the chambers. Cyclothermic ovens ensure uniform results and offer high production flexibility thanks to the reduced amount of time they take to reach optimal temperature. Oven doors made of tempered glass, each one equipped with an opening lever. The steam generators placed on the inside allow to distribute reach a high humidity in the baking chamber.

The stacked decks are made of refractory cement sole with metallic net frame.

Stainless steel front panel, external panelling in baked enamel galvanized sheet, electromechanical control panel, or digital computerized complete the package.

Combustion choice between natural gas or diesel burner.

* On request (optional), the last chamber of the cyclothermic oven can have an internal height of more than 18 cm.
