The automatic dough sheeter SFA model allows to set various recipes on the touch screen placed in front of the machine and therefore to work with a fully or partially automatic cycle.

The automatic adjustment of the production speed thanks to the variable speed of the conveyor sheets ensures excellent quality of the finished product.

Thanks to the 7" touch screen it is possible to set up to 100 different programs, choose whether to start processing from the right or left table and set the belts and cylinders speed up to 60 m/min.

Automatic reversal of the belts, foldable and extractable slides (on versions with supports-trestles) and stainless-steel protection grids.

Cylinders lifting and lowering system, operated with two screws in an oil bath, allows the user to reach very thin thicknesses even with hard doughs without any effort.
