The manual dough divider
is the most economical and versatile machine for dividing various types of dough into different weights
The structure is made of powder-coated steel and is designed to be placed either on a counter or on its own support frame, which is included with the purchase of the divider. The machine must be anchored to the floor for optimal operation and is not available with wheels, for obvious mechanical and safety reasons
All parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel, except for the frames, which are made of FDA-approved POM. The pan is entirely made of stainless steel and is welded along the outer edges. The maximum dough capacity is approximately 7 kg
Mechanically, there is an ergonomic lever made of lightweight aluminum that allows you to press the dough, followed by a steel lever that activates the knives for cutting the dough. Weights vary depending on the amount of dough placed inside the pan, dividing it by 20 pieces
Ideal for dividing bread and pizza dough, it allows you to always have 20 pieces of the same weight, thus reducing dough dividing times. We recommend pairing it with our automatic cone rounder or auger for a small artisanal dividing and shaping room
