Automatic Feeder Mandapasta
The dough feeder is a machine which allows to load automatically and continuously each typology of dough into several types of hoppers, i.e. volumetric, automatic divider-rounders, groups and so on. In this sense, every manual intervention of the employer is eliminated , in addition it allows a rationalization of the space and of the working process.
Its most salient features consist in:
- internally teflon hopper , with external micro-sandblasting. The hopper is available in different sizes and capacities;
- a series of cylinders which convey the dough toward the cutting area;
- cutting system with “star” shape rollers, coated with Teflon;
- stainless Steel structure with respective attachment feet.
This system provides a constant and regular dough feeding, dosed according to the production necessities and automatically controlled thanks to special photoelectric cells.
