Planetary Mixers Industrial Series
All Industrial series planetary mixers are constructed entirely of thick, painted steel with a stainless steel upper head cover. The controls are electromechanical, with speed adjustment via a potentiometer ( manual ) or a touchscreen, depending on the version. A timer is standard, as are the three stainless steel tools — a spatula, dough hook, and a whisk for cream.
All Industrial versions feature automatic bowl lifting ( via hold-to-run electromechanical controls ) with an extended stroke to allow for bowl removal without removing the tool. The bowls are mounted on wheels for operator convenience when moving the mixer.
The PL Industrial series planetary mixer is the largest and most powerful model in our range. It uses a high-performance motor and an oil-bath gear system to ensure quiet operation, reliability, and long life without the need for constant maintenance.
These planetary mixers are recommended for pastry shops or food processing industries. They have been tested for intensive processing for over 8 hours continuously, ensuring high-quality dough.
The electrical system complies with current CE regulations and is standard equipped with a 380 V three phase voltage, but other voltages are available upon request.
