Spiral Dough mixer with removable bowls ES PRO
Designed for semi-intensive industrial use in food processing plants or bakeries that require the best in industrial mixers.
The ES PRO series is built with a sturdy, fully painted steel frame — all external carter are also made of thick, painted steel. The frame must be anchored to the ground and can't be mounted on wheels, both for technical and safety reasons.
The following mixers all have a removable bowl, meaning the bowl can be removed once the dough is mixed. The attachment and raising of the machine head are controlled by a special closed-circuit hydraulic control unit, which controls the attachment of the bowl or the raising of the frame to release it.
Electromechanical controls are standard, thanks to a robust, oversized 2-speed motor and 2 timers with the option of reversing the bowl's rotation direction for pre - dough preparation or biga. Upon request, a fully automatic version is also available, featuring touchscreen controls for speed adjustment, useful for those producing highly hydrated doughs such as pinsa, pizza, or highly hydrated bread sourdough.
The transmission is both belt driven and via a sturdy double mechanical chain tested even with medium-hard doughs made with Manitoba flour ( minimum allowed hydration is 50 % ).
The ES PRO is particularly recommended for food processors that continuously produce for more than 8 hours, and thanks to its removable bowl, it's possible to perform special kneading cycles without wasting time. We also recommend purchasing our SLV lifter with this machine, which is useful for unloading dough into hoppers or other lines.
