Vertical rounder for rounder and shaping pizza dough or bread dough - ideal for automating the rounder process of dough
 
This machine allows you to continuously round dough portions of various weights. It's easy to use, as you simply insert the previously broken dough portion. Rounder is performed by a standard screw, which is available in Teflon-coated versions upon request, making it ideal for highly hydrated doughs (no more than 80%).
 
The all-steel frame is mounted on wheels with brakes for easy movement. It also comes standard with an inverter to adjust the rolling speed, making it particularly suitable for producing various types of dough. The aluminum rolling auger is completely removable for quick cleaning at the end of each production cycle.
 
Quick and fast, it's especially recommended for takeout pizzerias, restaurants, and bakeries that need to round various types of dough.
