Automatic professional dough sheeter for croissant pastry SFA

The SFA series automatic dough sheeter is ideal for artisanal or industrial pastry looking to automate the rolling lamination process for croissants, brioches, cornetti, or puff pastry doughs. 

 

The SFA series features a completely stainless steel structure, as do all its external casings. The tables are fixed and available in various lengths.

 

The SFA AUTOMATIC comes with all the optional extras already installed as standard. You'll find an automatic rolling device, a flour duster, and an automatic speed regulator via the touchscreen panel (Weintek 10"), allowing you to create over 90 recipes with automatic start. The machine also has a self-learning function to calculate the approximate number of passes to achieve the desired thickness of the pastry or brioche, automatically adjusting the speed of the conveyors and thus avoiding creases during the rolling process. A manual mode is also available, allowing the operator to fully manage the machine.

 

All cylinders are made of steel and equipped with a scraper for cleaning. The belts are designed with a negative pyramid shape and ensure optimal separation even with soft dough. The cylinders automatically lower and raise, allowing you to laminate even very thin dough or sheets of dough.

 

The structure rests on wheels for easy movement; the tables are made of stainless steel and are fixed. They also feature under-counter shelves for storing accessories. The rolling pins are made of aluminum.

 

The SFA series automatic sheeter will allow you to continuously produce various types of puff pastry—croissants or cornetti that require even very thin lamination. Pain au chocolat, croissants, cornetti, and much more ! It can also be used to laminate fresh pasta, such as casoncelli - tortellini.
