Presentation of the new HydroLine line: Innovation for highly hydrating doughs

We are thrilled to announce that the MFITALY team has recently completed and perfected the development of the new high hydration bread-pizza-pinsa line with extraordinary results.

Development and testing: Customers from Italy, Spain, Germany and Holland visited our factory in San Vito di Leguzzano (Vicenza) to personally test the new HydroLine line with their doughs. These professional tests and trials have not only reassured our customers of the quality of our solutions, but have also allowed us to further refine each line to meet each customer's specific needs.
