Frosting

Automatic Filling or Frosting system for panettone and colombe with relative dosage of granulated sugar.

The main features of the line:
  • Stainless steel structure equipped with wheel and adjustable feet;
  • Automatic punching system by means of specific turned needles;
  • The frosting phase is equipped with a special pneumatic pump that allows the customization of the dosed-frosting, according to the needs. Thanks to its flexibility, the line allows it to be used for both panettone and colomba just replacing the food-grade FDA mask for the frosting. Equipped with drawers-trays made of stainless steel for the eventual recycling of the excess product;
  • The frosting system is divided into two phases that can be customized according to the production, the first phase involves the almonds dosing and the second phase involves the granulated sugar dosing. There are convenient stainless-steel drawers for recycling the excess product, this to avoid the product waste and to reduce the cleaning time of the machine itself;
  • The line is equipped with a touch screen to increase the production speed and for the insertion of any recipes.
The line is completely customizable according to the needs and can be coupled with our automatic line for panettone or colomba.
